The Future Vision

The company’s future vision, from the management’s perspective, is summarised in three key areas:

First Pillar

Reinforcing the company’s performance structure for its existing activities within the Arab Republic of Egypt and establishing a stable technical and administrative system. This system will rely on consistent administrative frameworks and policies for each department or management level, rather than on individual or personal viewpoints of the employees. This approach aims to ensure the company’s continued growth across future generations.

Second Pillar

The second pillar involves promoting personnel from within the company or new recruits to fill mid-level management positions. This will prepare them to advance their technical and managerial skills for future senior management roles. One of the company’s strategic goals is to benefit the community by developing a skilled workforce that upholds high standards of craftsmanship and performance.

Third Pillar

The third pillar focuses on expanding the company’s scope of activities by diversifying into new markets beyond Egypt and exploring additional sectors beyond engineering and contracting. This expansion will be carried out based on technical, economic, and market feasibility studies using the latest scientific methodologies.
